Conditions for Accepting Exchange or Return Requests

For customer safety and product quality reasons, opened or used fragrance and care products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect before use.

To accept the request, the following conditions must be met:


  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The invoice or order number must be available.
  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided if there is damage, leakage, or an incorrect item.
  • Original packaging and accessories should be available as much as possible.
  • Aroma Classic reserves the right to refuse repeated requests or requests that appear to misuse the exchange and return policy.

These conditions also apply to daily care products and home fragrance items, including any product that arrives with clear leakage or visible damage before use.


Products That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:


  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged because of incorrect storage after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Orders received beyond the allowed request period.
  • Products with no visible defect, damage, or order error.


If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product

If your eau de cologne, cologne, or any other Aroma Classic product arrives damaged, leaking, or different from your order, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp or email.


Kindly include your order number, customer name, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos of the product and outer packaging. After reviewing the case, our team will inform you of the suitable next step, whether it is an exchange or a refund based on the condition of the order.


How to Submit an Exchange or Return Request

To submit your request, please follow these steps:


  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send your order number and customer name.
  • Explain the reason for the exchange or return.
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Wait for the customer support team to review your request.


Refund Method

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.


The refund will be issued after receiving the product, checking its condition, and confirming that it matches the requirements mentioned in this policy. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.


Shipping Costs

If the exchange or return is due to an error from Aroma Classic, such as sending the wrong product or delivering a damaged item, Aroma Classic will cover the shipping costs related to the process.


If the request is based on the customer’s preference without any defect, damage, or store error, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost depending on the case. Any related shipping cost will be explained clearly before completing the process.
